The TallyHo Lowdown

When will TallyHo launch?

I'm planning to launch the beta in Q3 2025. Sign up for the newsletter to be among the first to get access.

Does TallyHo Handle Invoicing and Taxes?

No, TallyHo doesn't create invoices directly but organizes your tracked work data for easy transfer to invoicing apps like Hnry. TallyHo fills the crucial gap between completing your work and getting paid.

Who is TallyHo for?

TallyHo is built for freelancers, contractors and sole traders — not teams. It's designed for those already using accounting tools like Hnry or Xero. TallyHo tracks your time, reminds you when it's time to invoice, and prepares and itemises your work so it's ready to go.

Why I Created TallyHo

I created TallyHo five years ago to make time tracking effortless with zero friction. I'd tried various notetaking apps, desktop and phone apps, even spreadsheets — but nothing quite fit. Now I'm fully rewriting TallyHo with a 'simple by design' philosophy focused purely on effortless time tracking — for freelancers like you.
